Leland Little will host an exciting series of auctions this week, starting with the Modern & Contemporary Night in collaboration with NC Modernist on Wednesday, July 24th. The events will continue with the Modern & Contemporary Auction on Thursday, July 25th at 10:00am (EDT) and the Prints & Photographs Auction on Friday, July 26th at 10:00am (EDT).
Modern & Contemporary Auction: This auction features a carefully curated selection of modern furniture, sculpture, glass, and art. Highlights include:
Furniture: A Chrome Cityscape Cabinet by Paul Evans, a Barcelona Chair and Ottoman by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, and a Vintage Upholstered Gondola Sofa by Adrian Pearsall.
Sculpture: An Eight-Foot Abstract Bronze by Thomas Walsh and a sounding sculpture, “B-2917 22 and 22 Sounds Good To You,” by Val Bertoia.
