Casio has unveiled new additions to its lineup of durable G-SHOCK watches, commemorating the 40th anniversary of the renowned brand. The CLEAR REMIX collection features seven models that incorporate transparent materials, allowing a glimpse into the internal workings of these shock-resistant timepieces.

The G-SHOCK project originated from the visionary concept of creating an incredibly robust watch that could withstand even the harshest falls, challenging the prevailing wisdom of its time. Through relentless testing, the construction and materials underwent numerous iterations, leading to the birth of the G-SHOCK in 1983. Since then, Casio has continued to evolve the functionality and design of the G-SHOCK, releasing a diverse range of watches.
In honour of the brand’s 40th anniversary, the CLEAR REMIX watches exemplify the G-SHOCK spirit of audacious exploration, featuring designs that provide a captivating view of the watch’s internal components, including the module and circuit board. Carefully selected from the G-SHOCK lineage, these seven popular models, including the iconic original design, have been meticulously reimagined using transparent materials for the case, band, LCD, buttons, and other elements.
DW-5040RX*/DWE-5640RX*
These models have been crafted with inspiration from the first G-SHOCK design, incorporating transparent LCD screens that reveal the circuit board adorned with the iconic G mark. The DWE-5640RX takes it a step further by combining resin and metal materials in its contrasting band.
DW-6940RX*
The classic DW-6900, now enhanced with a see-through LCD, dial, and centre case, elegantly showcases the subtly visible G mark pattern on the circuit board underneath, while retaining its three indicators.
GA-114RX/GMA-S114RX
Blending the digital and analogue worlds, the GA-110 and GMA-S110 models feature a transparent centre case and resin side buttons, creating a harmonious transparent colour scheme.
GA-2140RX/GMA-S2140RX
Building upon the GA-2100 and GMA-S2100 designs, these models introduce a see-through dial to complement their octagonal bezels, further enhancing their distinct appeal.
