Antique Furniture showcases an Important North Carolina Swisegood Federal Inlaid Walnut Corner Cupboard attributed to Mordecai Collins (1785-1864) from the Collection of Quincy and Betty Scarborough. Fine Art offerings encompass a range of works, from Texas Bluebonnets, an oil on canvas by Robert William Wood, to Le Jazz II, a gouache on paper by Ukrainian-French artist Sonia Delaunay.
From the Rare Book Department, a notable item is Theodor de Bry’s Latin Edition of Hariot’s A Briefe and True Report of the New Found Land of Virginia.
