It has been long time since the last resort show of Prada, but this year Miu Miu unexpectedly took us to the mysterious, back-to-60’s kind of world in its cruise collection. When it comes to Prada, you never doubt the abilities of the scene setting and this show defended this trait once again. Lofty hall full of columns, mirrored wall, cubic metallic blocks and retro futuristic armchairs created unforgettable experience for the show and for the dinner after it. Talking about the collection itself, it surprised with contrasts between super light blouses and dresses and hand-crocheted vests combinations and knee-high laced shoes. Outfits were in controversy: smooth, careless summer jazz of light and fluttering dresses is fighting with strict cut darker blue or green coats and sophisticated, but subtle dresses covered in crystals. Overall, this retro inter-season show of Miu Miu seemed to be charming enough to create great atmosphere and unforgettable evening for the guests and the pleasure for our eyes.
